The beginning of the Great Endeavour Rally 2011

First picture is from our BBQ at the Endeavour Industries Gladstone a week ago.

The next couple of photos are from the registration day at Goondiwindi.
We left Calliope on Sunday 10th July for Goondiwindi at 0900 and after a couple of necessary pit stops landed in Goondiwindi at 1700.  It is a bit cold here something like -2 in the morning.  Registration was great with 15 new entrants and a couple of cars that have been before but didn't run last year so we hadn't seen them before.  After registration we did a lap down the main street with all the bells and whistles.  We made a fair bit of noise and it was great to see a lot of people come out of their houses and shops to check out the cars (and to collect the lollies that a lot of the cars were giving out).  No news of any mechanical damage as yet, but it is only registration day, might be a different story by the end of tomorrow.

We are hoping to get internet again at Charliville (fingers crossed)

CQ SES Charity Tour

May day long weekend took us on some very interesting tracks through central Queensland.

 With a great group of people over 2 days, and was a good opportunity to give the car a run. (even though it sustained some rear end damage prior in suburban Gladstone)

Stacey & Brad would like to request your support, fund raising for CAR188 “Hot Rockers” entered in ‘The 2011 Endeavour Foundation Rally”.
Once again we will be entering a 1990 Subaru Sedan in the Great Endeavour Rally in July 2011.

Come and support a local Gladstone entrant in this amazing event. The Endeavour Foundation assists in providing Community Care and Services for people with Disabilities.
As an official entrant in the Great Endeavour rally we have the authority to fundraise on behalf of the Endeavour Foundation and as such all Donations made payable to Endeavour Foundation are tax deductable and will be acknowledge by the Endeavour Foundation.
We seek any Sponsorship, Donation or Fundraising in any form, Monetary or goods used in the event.
Sponsorship (like signage on the vehicle) attracts GST and an official Tax Receipt will be issued for the claiming of GST.
Donations made payable to Endeavour Foundation, does not attract GST and a donation receipt can be issued, acceptable to the Taxation Office. So you can claim the full amount.
